Step 3: Ship the Return
Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items to ensure the return reaches us safely.
Step 4: Confirmation and Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our policy. You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your return and the next steps.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
